Products

Our pieces are made of .925 Silver, Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated, or Fantasy (Stainless Steel, Brass or other base metals).  In each product description, we identify the material used for that particular piece.  Some pieces contain semi-precious stones and other materials such as crystal, glass, resin, pearls, or wood.  If you have any questions regarding the materials of your particular piece, do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes, absolutely.  Taking care of your pieces will help keep them in perfect shape and ready to wear at all times.  

First tip:  Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and other chemical products.  It greatly helps to keep your trinkets in the linen bag or box we send with each purchase.  

While we do everything possible to catch defects during our quality control checks, we understand that some defects may slip our eyes.  If you receive your piece with a broken brooch, abnormal discoloration, or broken chains, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase.

Buying

Yes, we offer our products for sale through our website.  We take the following steps to ensure a positive shopping experience:

  • Updated inventory levels.  If something is not in stock, please contact us and we will give you an estimated delivery time.
  • Payment through Stripe.  Stripe is one of the best online payment processors, and they use Artificial Intelligence to detect fraud.  We never see or store any credit card information.
  • Forced Encryption (https).  We use industry-standadard SSL encryption to guard your privacy and offer a secure shopping experience.

If you are able to add the piece to the shopping cart, then the piece is in stock.  If the checkout is not completed within 1 hour, the piece goes back to inventory.

Yes, we personally ship every box, so please let us know in the comments section of the checkout if this is a gift and if you would like a personalized note attached, and we will gladly do it.

Currently, we accept all major credit cards and US-based debit cards.  We also accept ApplePay and GooglePay (coming soon) through Stripe, our payment processor.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we offer shipping to most countries.  During the checkout process, you can choose from different shipping options with regards to cost and speed.  

We offer free shipping within all 50 states on all our products.  If you would like to have your products delivered faster, then you can choose that option during checkout.

We ship everything from our Houston, TX location within 1 business day of placing the order.  Depending on your geographical location, the amount of time may vary.  An accurate estimate of the arrival time will appear in the shipping section during the checkout process.

No, even if you order expedited international shipping, we calculate all import duties and shipping costs.  There are no additional costs to consider.

Shortly after making your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to automatically track your order.  You can also see this information in your account if you created one during the checkout process.

Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you don’t absolutely love your pieces, you can return them with the following conditions:

  • Returns must be within 30 days of receipt, with a valid order number.
  • Returned with original packaging.
  • Return must be in the same condition as it arrived, with no visible scratches, wear, or damage.
  • Items shipped with “NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED” tag must have tag in place and unaltered.
  • Items purchased using Afterpay or any other payment method besides credit card are returnable for store credit only.
  • Items from “Clearance” or with more than 50% off discount are not eligible for returns.

The first step is to contact us via email to returns@shopmusastore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Upon our approval, you will receive an email with the return instructions.  Once your return has been initiated, you will receive a refund credited to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  No exceptions.  Gift card purchases are eligible for a store credit.
